Prescriptions

You will be discharged with a prescription of narcotic analgesics and antibiotics after surgery. If the pain is not too bad you are encouraged to simply take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen). Please take antibiotics according to directions on the bottle.

If you have any questions about your prescription, you may call our office and/or discuss with your local pharmacist. If you experience any side effects, please stop taking the medicine/s immediately and notify our office. If you experience shortness of breath, airway swelling, syncope, dizziness, cardiac symptoms or any other serious untoward symptoms, please contact your local emergency room without delay.
